Frontline workers

Employees who work to produce a product or whose work supports production. Also used to describe an ​employee who ​deals directly with ​customers such as call centre staff, retail staff and customer services. Some issues in communicating and engaging with such groups will include time constraints, overload of comms, conflict of priorities, etc.
