Stakeholders

People who are ‘interested parties’ in specific programmes, projects, campaigns or change initiatives within the organisation. From an internal comms perspective this will involve, defining key individuals who need to be involved, managing this group of people, bringing them together to define what processes are needed and keeping them informed of progress.
